Supreme Court approves cancellation of in-person July 2020 bar exam, replacing it with August 19 online exam.  [Added 7/5/20]

          With the Supreme Court's approval, the Florida Board of Bar Examiners announced that the July in-person bar exam has been cancelled.  It will be replaced by an online exam administered on August 19, 2020.

          The online bar exam will have 100 multiple-choice questions and 3 essay questions.  Any subject traditionally tested on either part of the general bar exam may be tested.  Exam takers will not take the 200-question Multistate Bar Exam that is usually administered.  A scaled score of 136 on the August online bar exam and a passing score on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination is needed for admission.
